It’s that time already…it is necessary for all
returning St. Patrick School families to complete this re-registration form for the 2021-2022 school year. We base our availability for new families on the number of returning St. Patrick School families.
Please complete
both sides of this form and return it to the School Office, along with the
non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 per family, made payable to St. Patrick School by February 10, 2021. Registration fee is
notapplied towards tuition.
Families that register AFTER March 1st will be charged $250.00 registration fee. Families that have not registered by May 14th will be considered not returning and issued a transfer. In addition, if we do not receive your registration by February 10, 2021, we cannot guarantee a seat for your child. Registration at that time will be open to the public and it is on a first come, first serve basis.
