Attached are the registration forms for this year's NYSSMA solo and piano festival.
Piano Festivals will take place at Five Town College from March 27th through March 30th.
Solo Festivals will take place at Islip High School from May 12 through May 13th.

Please download and complete the form and return to me with your check (Made out to Bay Shore Schools), Cash or Money Order by no later than Friday, February 17.
